Non-Transferable Agreement: This agreement is non-transferable and is based on a twelve-month term. Cancellation by either party requires 30 days' advance written notice. The agreement will automatically renew unless cancelled by written notice 30 days prior to the anniversary date.

Water-Related Damages: Any water-related damages caused by condensate drains are covered by a 30-day warranty, unless AC Sales replaces or is able to clean and flush the entire evaporator coil, related pans, and condensate drain lines. In such cases, the warranty will extend to 90 days. Excludes damages caused by backups related to the home's major water drain lines. Proof of damages caused by AC Sales' workmanship must be provided.
